KS3 ASDAN

KS3 ASDAN at The Rubicon Centre

 

ASDAN's programmes and qualifications help The Rubicon Centre support KS3 students by:

  • giving students the opportunity to take pride in achievement and commitment to learning
  • helping students in developing self-confidence, self-awareness and understanding of how to be a successful learner
  • ensuring students gain employability skills so that they are well prepared for the next stage of their education

 

KS3 students attend weekly ASDAN sessions that cover a range of ASDAN Short Courses, including history, personal finance, animal care and many more.  Students work towards targets in each short course, and can receive ASDAN certification of completion of the planned activities.

 

ASDAN courses change from term to term in line with the wider school curriculum.
